Public Comment
The public comment process is important because it provides an opportunity for public participation in the formulation of recommendations of the Planning Group. The Planning Group will record and consider all written comments that are legible, respectful and complete. Comments must include the topic being addressed, name of the commenter and, if submitted on behalf of another person (such as a committee or organization), the name of the other person/ committee/ organization.
